CurrentTroubleshoot and provide solutions to state CPA societies administering the AICPA Peer Review Program Instrumental in increasing administering entities knowledge by providing assistance with understanding of changes in the program, administrative policies, procedures, updating peer review forms and making readily available to the administering entities in a timely manner Providing assistance with compiling material for arrangements of the administrators segment of the annual peer review conferenceMaintain accurate records for firms enrolled in the AICPA PRP and coordinate with Manager NPRCCoordinate with Technical Managers in the preparation of materials for the hearing panels and correspondence with the members and other AICPA teamsHandle and monitor all correspondence and files related to working oversights with minimal supervisionAid in the revision of the administrative manual, 2009 and future Standards, RAB HandbookPrepare for upcoming conferences and presentations including speaking at the conference to Administering Entities, CPA’s and Peer Reviewers about the administrative manual, the 2009 and future Standards, new information and other changesProvide software and network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone and/or email for members and administering entitiesRoute software and network problems to IT support staff, as neededManage Peer Review firm information on the PRISM and PRIMA system and escalate data integrity issues to appropriate support staffCoordinate with technical managers in the preparation of materials for hearing panelsProvide training to Administering Entities, as neededProvide assistance and information to firms and members enrolled or seeking enrollment in the Peer Review ProgramProvide information to the administering entities on administrative policies and procedures Perform other special assignments as neededUAT Testing for Prism, Prima and NetForum
