Handling the full cycle of recruitment. Keeping up to trend and using different platforms to find suitable candidates. Posting jobs, screening through resumes, scheduling the interviews and emailing. Taking the first interview up to 10/day. Setting a second interview for candidates who I deem fit for the position for the Director. Continuously to follow up when they are shortlisted and assist on their on-boarding process if they are selected. Keep track of numbers excels, dropbox, google drive are all daily task. Having a great communication and interpersonal skills to keep them engaged, making sure they are doing fine at all time in the company. At times, I do planning for recruitment events coming out with interesting ideas on how we can reach out to more people and editing posters in Canva to send out the invitations.

Handing all wardrobes and dress up talents that fit what the director and producer had in mind. During pre-shoot, I'll have to sourcing of suitable clothes within their budget. On shooting days, I'll be around to make sure the wardrobes are ready and looking prefect on camera. After everything ends, for hygiene purposes, I'll make sure all clothes will be washed properly and handing all the receipts needed to be claimed. In a tailoring shop, mainly the customers are all corporate and have high spending power to make their shirts and pants to fit perfectly on them. With my fashion background, I assist the sales person to recommend suitable fabrics and colours that will suit the customers. Sometimes, coming out with sublet designs to keep their wardrobe interesting yet still formal and professional. Communicating in both English and heavily in Chinese with seamstresses to make sure everything is done correctly.
