• Answer phones & book appointments• Submit claims• Collect payments• Verify Insurances • Treatment planning & Coordinate all patient and insurance billings• Contact patients regarding outstanding balances.• Process and post payments to appropriate accounts.• Create and mail insurance claims and patient statements.• Follow up with insurance carriers in a timely manner.• Re-bill insurance companies or other third parties to secure payment for patients• Respond to patient billing and statement inquiries.• Assist other staff and perform other duties as assigned.• Filing, faxing, copying, entering all demographic information

• Assisting dentist in various dental treatments such as Crown preps, fillings, Extractions, & inserting crowns and onlays• Performs suture removals• Take analog x-rays• Take impressions (for bleaching trays, NTI, & Invisalign)• Take alginate impressions• Place temporary restorations & Remove excess cement after temporary crown placement• Perform hand removal of crowns or bridges that have been temporarily cemented• Answer phones, book appointments• Set-up and break-down rooms after each patient• Sterilize instruments
