At the end it is all about authentic human interactions.I have over 15 years of experience in different international sales roles: in telecommunications, the payment & services industry, starting from the base growing into a senior sales leader. Most of my time I supported global sales teams of up to 25 people to become high performing sales teams.I design & deliver workshops & trainings in relation to sales and developing the soft skills needed for 2030: Communication and negotiation skills. Interpersonal skills and empathy. Leadership and team management skills. Entrepreneurship and adaptability. Also, I am coaching my way around helping humans conquer any challenges they have in relation to human interactions. In my free time you might find me: swimming in the Zürich Lake, Hiking the Swiss Alps, reading about everything related to developing humans, learning Italian, having an apéro and chatting with my friends or just chilling in my garden.I made the journey to Switzerland 13 years ago after spending 5 years in Ireland and most of my life in the Netherlands, and what a journey it has been.Aftermost I educate myself to be a better person as well :-)
