As Sales Manager, I am responsible for the daily management of the sales team. This includes stimulating, motivating and coaching the account managers, including recruitment & selection of new account manager colleagues. As a member of the Management Team, I translate management's strategy to the sales team. Managing and analyzing sales forecasts as well as monitoring and reporting the results to the MT. Together with the CEO, I set the individual sales targets for the account managers and see to it these targets are achieved. By means of coaching and, among other things, thinking along in complex dossiers. In addition to management tasks, I am daily involved in nurturing and expanding the existing client portfolio as well as visit and bring in new accounts. Issue and negotiate quotation processes and support the organization on a commercial level. Furthermore, as part of the tender team, I supervise and co-write (as a contractor) documents for European tender processes.

Because everything that you give attention, grows.As a Project Coordinator for By Acte I am responsible for the successful planning, design, execution, deadlines, controlling and closure of the gift concepts of my clients.One of my main tasks is composing gift concepts according to the wishes of the customer. As well as the preparation of Requests for Proposals, write quotations for our clients and invoicing them. To be able to complete these tasks, I am in narrow contact with our clients and suppliers. An example of subjects I discuss with our clients are consulting on the design of the gift concept and planning the logistics of the gift. On a monthly basis I make a selection of products to add to our web shop and order these products from our suppliers.

BCD Travel organizes worldwide business trips for regular clients, from the point of selling until the moment of booking. On request I set up customized flight schedules and book car rental, trains, hotel rooms, meeting rooms etc. I also make customer contact reports and from time to time I support in setting up new booking tools to simplify work routines.

At VVV Eindhoven, I supported tourists on their visits to the city of Eindhoven and the surrounding area. This included organizing group programs, booking hotels and providing information on events, as well as managing inbound and outbound email traffic and phone contact.

For Plan B recruitment, I established and published job vacancies in tourism, prepared client resumes, approached and invited candidates via mail contact and Social Media.

As a tour guide I led groups of tourists (ranging from 2 to 25 tourists) along the most important and most interesting points throughout the city. I also arranged the bike rental for tourists who wished to explore the city themselves. Next to that I also helped in maintaining the bicycles and managed small adjustments and text translations on the website.
