In doing so, I manage clients frustrations, while investigating the source of the challenge. I finalize by suggesting an effective solution, whether it is a change in the settings, a particular work-around, or an alternative workflow pattern. - Investigate new features, updates, bugs or topics from a variety of resources, including colleagues, training materials, and various online and technically accurate data. - At the moment, a large portion of my work is handling EPDM related requests as I am the most senior on-call Technical Support Person. I also provide direct support for the more advanced methods of troubleshooting SolidWorks / Hardware challenges. - I have also worked with clients in terms of implementing SolidWorks and/or EPDM, Enhancing Hardware and Software Performance, and introducing more stable and foul-proof methods of designing. - Recommend Simulation Strategies to ensure products are safe, reliable and economical.Result: Have had many clients respond positively to my work, indicating that they feel much more confident with SolidWorks, and that their design time has been reduced dramatically.
