About Desiree Walker

After seven years as an administrative professional in construction, I decided to follow my dreams. I enrolled in an online course to become a certified Wedding and Event Planner and started my company, Perfectly Yours, in 2012. Shortly thereafter, I was laid off from my construction job and decided to focus my attention on my business. After only a year my company won a Wedding Wire Couples Choice Award for 2014. I also have a passion for creative writing and have published my book A Girl Called Freak on Amazon for Kindle and in paperback.
