 Assisted in managing product movement, invoicing, and other related functions for customers and regional distribution centers. Managed all aspects of incoming customer orders and inquiries regarding the organization's products and services.  Coordinates activities with internal departments to minimize customer stock and service issues.  Assisted in managing multiple international accounts.  Followed processes to ensure open communication channels both internally and externally between the winery and distributors. Worked with Legal to activate product eligibility for international shipments.
