Review Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures and make recommendations for revision as required.Assist in writing required work instructions as required for Food Safety programs and customers’ requirements.Provide guidance for preparing training programmes for work at the Plant.Assist in training employees in the Sanitation department on Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and General Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Assist Plant audit team in preparing for internal audits as well as external audit requirements.Monitor critical control points and review HACCP processes after program implementation.Advises the Department Manager of areas not in compliance with the food safety programme for investigation and resolve.Ensure adherence to all current Quality and Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) standards as well as current motor vehicle, security, food safety systems, policies, procedures and guidelines.Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.Completed and received certificate for training in Developing and Implementing HACCP Plans in Meat & Poultry Plants Workshop issued by HACCP Consulting Group, L.L.C. 2013Completed and received certificate for ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor Training 2012

Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with treasury management and projects.Maintain excel spreadsheet of the daily foreign exchange rates as well as the daily foreign exchange sales.Negotiate foreign exchange rates at various banks (NCB, FCIB, CITI, BNS, PAN)Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence, spreadsheets and documents as well as the day to day financial letters to the banks. Produce the treasury sales letters between the banks for the group of companies.Handle all bank paper work and forms for adding signatories to company accounts.
