Areas is a food and retail concessionaire which operates many concepts in airports and travel plazas across the US. As a Guest Experience Manager, I devote my expertise to developing the culture at many brands that we operate like, California Pizza Kitchen, Coffee Bean, Peet’s, Panda Express and many others. In bringing a passion for service to life, my many roles include being a Brand Ambassador, Training, and Evaluation of Service. In an ever changing environment, I do have experience beyond my title that includes full service management.
