Ordering material from vendors, meeting with inspectors, conducting meetings and presentations for upcoming projects, reading prints, making in-field corrections as needed, pulling permits, descoping bids, VE projects, finding innovative products to help reduce maintenance, scheduling, estimating, invoicing, and administrative work.

Completed all warranty work in the Mandarin tower on time with a crew of two guys. Documented all work to be added under change orders along with pictures and paperwork that was submitted to general contractor for payment and completion.
