Responsibilities:• Create awareness of HP’s Managed Print Services offerings and MPS Solution Center contribution cross Sales force & Partners;• Understanding market trends and business needs and contributing to proper opportunity assessment, Value proposition, financial drivers and established assumptions;• Develop skills & capabilities of MPS SC team in regards of Services & Solutions scope and design using as much standard portfolio components with competitive price points;• Document process & procedures to bring common customer experience and increase efficiency – Leverage from Deal experiences to report fact based on field experiences, success & challenges;• Coordinate with MS countries leaders the qualitative execution on the deals managed with the involvement of the team;• Engagement in WW initiatives to review and optimize key Business processes and enable infrastructure development to ease execution• Coordinate execution to meet Sales team Turn-around-Time and win rate to secure Engagements success;• Develop pricing and final customer offer contents to support Bid process;

• Designing a fleet of printing devices and internal solutions to optimize clients’ infrastructure, achieve better management of the clients environment and improve document workflow;• Opportunity assessment and pricing of solution design proposal; • Building business cases to present TCO improvements;• Support Transition phase on global and multicounty deals - coordinate sales progress in the countries;• Interfacing with customers and negotiating contract conditions;• Work with Project Manager or Lead Team to support Deal Governance process;• Engagement in deal handover to delivery; Business plan, budgeting and pricing;• Prepare long-term plans and annual budget for the new businesses;• Create the business plans for all new business initiatives using Cost Benefit Analysis, P&L, Break Even Point and others analytical and financial tools;• Establish price models for the new services, keep current with market trends and alter the prices if necessary;

My main responsibility as a Regional manager was to expand the business by establishing a new office in Sofia region.
