▪ Act as the primary technical contact, deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for corporate customers via phone, chat and email including, issues escalated to the highest level of management. ▪ Diagnose and resolve technical issues in Microsoft Dynamics ERP. Focus on the application side of the system – Finance and Operations and partially the technical aspect.▪ Perform in depth information research of internal and external documentations in order to provide a solution to the customer`s inquiries.▪ Collaborate on technical issues with colleagues from another team, with subject matter experts and escalation managers when additional support is needed.▪ Manage critical issues by setting customer expectations, devise and implement action plans and professionally communicate to all parties involved.▪ The main modules of expertise consist of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cash and Bank Management and Electronic reporting.▪ Advance troubleshooting of various inconsistencies in the ERP systems- Dynamics D365 and Dynamics AX 2012.▪ Use of various virtual machines.▪ Create official escalations of confirmed inconsistencies, following strict company policies.

▪ Order processing▪ Manage the incoming queue of orders from customers, managers and different teams▪ Enter orders into system pursuant to individual order characteristic requirement.▪ Create/ update customer specific reporting like ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), EOL (End of Life Product) reports / Cancelations▪ Creating of price quotes▪ Work with multiple specialized applications for data processing like Micro Focus Rumba, CRM etc.▪ Helping co-workers with different issues on a daily basic▪ Training new associates ▪ Database managing▪ Escalating order issues with the account managers
