Responsible of variant creation (software requirements of the customers - mobile operators) for Nokia handsets in Bulgaria, Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro. Configure, coordinate and monitor the operator-specific handset customization projects Provide comprehensive verification technical support to the customers Supporting all product testing activities, including on-site tracing and negotiation of product issues with the operator, interface with all the relative internal Nokia organizations (Logistic, Account teams, Technical Account Managers, Factory etc) Good view on the processes and responsibilities in the company - Marketing, Sales, Location and Services, Logistic, Factories etc

Following and organization of mobile devices and terminals, testing procedures, communication with the vendors in regards with issues Ensuring the compliance of the mobile devices in accordance with the internal procedures and requirements Reporting and monitoring of active devises in the company

Participation and restructure of the procedures of outsourcing service centers activities Renegotiation of procedures, terms and conditions of service agreements’ activities with the service partners Monitoring and co-ordination of the Service Center’s activities Co-ordination and concerting the administrative and organizational activities

Participating in negotiations with the service center’s partners, regarding the after sales contracts Distribution of the obligations in the sector for preparation of needed reports and verifications in accordance with the service partners requirements and dead-lines Regulation and observation of the changes in service centers activities, in accordance with internal company procedures Co-ordination of the service centers activities and the other company structural units Regulation, planning and forecasting of the ordering of spare parts, tools, equipment, etc.

Service partner’s support and responsibilities (BenQ Siemens, Sagem, Nokia, Motorola) – preparation of monthly and weekly reporting, issuing of invoices, contact person for problems and issues that concerns the service center’s activities Internal mutual regulation and informing all the company’s service centers regarding the service software interface and the vendor’s requirements and changes

Customer operational activity – inbound and outbound registration of repaired mobile phones, diagnostic and consulting the customers Communication with the service engineers regarding the repair procedures and problems

• Assisting and support of the office activities among the departments, coordination of in and outgoing correspondence• Participation in suppliers’ activities – translation of documentation regarding different products, preparation of the advertising stuff
