During my tenure, I played a pivotal role in the successful execution of seven key projects. There are DMS & Workflow Management System, Smart Courier Shipping Management System, BNI Life Policy Monitoring Dashboard, RDS E-Meterai, and the BPN e-Kantah e-Registration for Land Administration.Key Responsibilities:• UX Research: Gathering Business Requirements, User Personas, Interview and Meeting, Sorting out pain points.• Information Architecture: Card Sorting, Context Layout, Content Categorization, Key Element, Touch Points.• User Flow and Journey: Designed User Flow Diagrams, Mapping out use case and user journey, as well as Story Boarding.• Sketching, Wireframing, and Mockups: Sorting out element and layout of the content information into visual concept. Arranging component and touch points through visual guidelines that will complement each other in every user flow.• UI Design Process: Develop Design System, designed high fidelity mockups, creating components and variable, generating design tokens and hand-over documentation.• Prototyping: Refined the wireframes into high-fidelity prototype that included all of the user flow into end-to-end business process using design system that has been arranged.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: I collaborated with product managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.• Usability Testing and Iteration: Conducted extensive usability tests and iterated on designs based on user feedback to enhance user experience.• Design Documentation: Maintained thorough design documentation to ensure clear communication across teams, employing tools like Spreadsheet, Trello, and Notion• Project Methodologies: Experienced in Agile, Waterfall, and Mixing both of the method.

This involved redesigning the interface to be more intuitive and accessible for users, enabling them to efficiently navigate through complex geo-spatial data. I collaborated with developers, data specialists, and communication experts to ensure the design met the diverse needs of users, incorporating feedback loops to refine and optimize the application.

SIMASI 2.0 (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset Semen Indonesia Group) is a geo-spatial web-based application designed to monitor the infrastructure assets of Semen Indonesia Group across the country. My mission was to elevate the user experience of SIMASI 2.0. I was responsible for redesigning the user interface to ensure it was intuitive and aligned with the needs of its users. My role involved working closely with cross functional teams, including developers, asset managers, and GIS specialists, to ensure that the application not only met technical requirements but also provided a user-centric experience.
