There are DMS & Workflow Management System, Smart Courier Shipping Management System, BNI Life Policy Monitoring Dashboard, RDS E-Meterai, and the BPN e-Kantah e-Registration for Land Administration.Key Responsibilities:• UX Research: Gathering Business Requirements, User Personas, Interview and Meeting, Sorting out pain points.• Information Architecture: Card Sorting, Context Layout, Content Categorization, Key Element, Touch Points.• User Flow and Journey: Designed User Flow Diagrams, Mapping out use case and user journey, as well as Story Boarding.• Sketching, Wireframing, and Mockups: Sorting out element and layout of the content information into visual concept.
