In my role in business support, I have a diverse range of tasks. I manage the financial administration, do HR tasks, focus on marketing and communication and whatever comes my way. In my role as communication advisor, I advise the MT on the role of communication in the organization. I increase brand awareness in Arnhem, where SSH& has only just started operating. Moreover, I draw up various policy documents. I develop the Social Media strategy and take care of the residents' letters.

In my staff role as coordinator at the newly set up Client Support department, I have a broad focus area. I participate in projects, focus on internal and external communication and I coordinate our 'improvement board', a tool to map all kinds of large and small areas for improvement and convert them into actions.In my staff role as coordinator at the newly set up Client Support department, I have a broad focus area. Our goal is to provide a high-quality service, which is close to the external and internal customer, in the most efficient way possible. The external customer gets what he can expect from Van Lanschot (and more!) and the internal customer is unburdened, so that he can fully focus on his field.

As coordinator I take care of the day-to-day management in the workplace. I support our team leader in this. I also conduct bilateral conversations and coaching conversations with employees. I try to get the best out of people during these conversations, but also on the floor. In addition, I participate in projects. For example, I set up a procedure for complaints handling and contribute to the digitization of the department.I have been a board member of the staff association of Van Lanschot Bankiers, and I am one of van Lanschot's regular photographers, especially for the company magazine.
