This included the creation and implementation of robust management systems that catered not only to ensure all required legislation was adhered to but also along side this the cost and operational controls needed to ensure smooth running. This also involved the introduction of a new till system, accounting package and integrating the parent company’s HR package.During this period through the introduction of staff training programs and marketing there was a sales growth of 26% in the pub and B&B and a 92% sales growth in the Farm shop. Brewery sales grew to staffing capacity resulting in recruiting more staff to enable continued growth. My role is to deputise in all aspects for the Directors in their absence. This means that all policy issues, disciplinary issues, or general meetings / queries can be channelled through me, regarding any aspect of the business.
