After occupying various leadership positions within the organisation over the years, I currently serve as COO for APAC, and Vice President of Operations for Europe, at General Assembly (GA). Part of the Adecco Group, GA is the world's leading provider of digital skills training. In my role, I oversee the full spectrum of our consumer activities and deliveries, as well as our international expansion and strategic growth initiatives in the region. My background is in corporate consulting and diplomacy, and I have experience in the nonprofit and academic sectors. I previously worked in Singapore with the leading provider of business insight in emerging markets, Frontier Strategy Group, as Associate Program Director for Asia-Pacific - partnering with CEOs of leading multinational companies to develop their regional expansion strategies across the Asia-Pacific region.Prior experience includes work in the French Foreign Service at the French Embassy in Washington DC, as Foreign Policy Analyst for the Office for Science and Technology. My areas of expertise covered Chinese trade and policy issues, international politics, and Sino-US cooperation on clean technologies, resources, and renewable and traditional energies.I also volunteered with the Red Cross, helping on several fundraising and awareness-raising initiatives.Born in France, I lived, studied and worked in many countries including the United Kingdom, United States, China, Singapore and Canada. I have developed a strong and diverse professional network in Europe, North America and the Asia Pacific region, and within the broader global business community.Holding an MA in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins University's SAIS, graduate degrees from Nanjing University and Peking University, and a BBA in International Business from HEC Montreal, I am passionate about technology, online and non-traditional education, international affairs, and adventure travel.I am fluent in several languages, including English, Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, German and French.I drink an unreasonable amount of tea, and am partial to the occasional hot chocolate.
