Together with my colleague David Pultorak, I have developed the Critical Communications Capability Foundation Course, an online training for Business and IT professionals in technical and crisis communications. The course, available on LinkedIn Learning, is designed specifically to help organizations respond to critical situations through a shared approach that breaks down silos, a clear framework to guide you, a way to continually improve within your ongoing processes and a commitment to regular practice to get these skills and responses into muscle memory. Acceleres also works with organizations on specific, hands-on training to help teams with the drills and exercises needed to prepare for the unexpected.
