• Deploying Linux based configuration, Automation, and hardware.• Act as a point of escalation for on-site testers and installers when issues arise.• Responsible for deploying new network equipment, project management, migrating and basic configuration with rollout of new network devices or upgraded hardware. • Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure project completion. Creating Scopes of Work, Excel files, and Cable Path Diagrams.• Work with the Network Engineering team to pipeline fiber data into network design tools.• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues• Following/creating network designs, installing network equipment along with cable management• Manage work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects• Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues, providing support to other engineering teams.
