I have been in the Destination Management Company and Hospitality Industry for more than 28 years. My exposure in the areas of DMC Leisure Travel Business includes leadership, development of new clients, managing travel and building a strong working relationship with hotel and airline partners, a direction in leveraging on product and technology to achieve business objectives. Part of my experience includes handling high-end luxury travelers from the US and UK markets, handling Imaging Cruising series, US Navy account in the region, Belmond account, etc. Part of my role is handling daily sales revenue for the department in World Express and Destination Asia Singapore.In the hotel industry, my experiences are Pre-opening planners for new luxury hotels & resorts. My role including, defining the distribution and sales channels, connecting the hotel on the GDS - Global Distribution System, Create a pricing policy, Pre-opening sales, Preparation and implementation of the opening ceremony - "Grand Opening" Work very closely with Pre-opening team. Other than that, I have been involved in Revenue Management, Forecast, Revenue System (Ideas), Opera Fidelio, Channel of Distribution, Global Distribution System, marketing research & analyst, budget planning, pricing strategies management, pre-opening team for all new hotels & resorts (marketing), all system installation & implementation, as well as in information technology.
