The above position is a Self Managed and motivated position with budget, forecast, planning and management some of the major roles.The role influences may aspects of the business with a responsibility for the delivery and growth of Cigweld’s Sales as well as developing knowledge directly to the end-users of the products successfully supporting, managing and understand the KPI’s set.This role also requires to effectively and professionally communicate with different levels of many business groups.Some Key points this role takes into account•Management of Growth and potential of the Cigweld Market•Self management•Training Distributor staff on all aspects of equipment including safety•Training End-users – running training course for apprentices / Trades-people and ticketed operators at various NQ Sugar Mills, Xstrata Training Centre, Tafe Colleges and Engineering Workshops•Creating presentations to suit the environment and level of experience in the desired field•Technical troubleshooting of equipment entailing some repair•Marketing, support and progress Strategies
