Been playing viola for approximately over 12 years ( both within academic orchestra/ensemble settings & solo). I am eligible to play at small gatherings like banquets as well as larger events such as galas, and weddings (both in-door and out-door). Prepare dockets for trial division & arraignment courts, dockets can contain between 35 to 160 files daily. Provide liaison support for courtrooms via pulling files. Intake 2 to 5 phone calls daily. Revalidate between 120 to 800 files a month to keep records up to date. Provide customer service to defendants & attorneys at the front desk. Process 60 - 90 motions daily for judges to review.

Complete more than several custodial tasks on the daily to maintain cleanliness in the work area.Greeting usually 1 to 10 incoming visitors and providing them with customer care that makes them feel welcome. Frequently answering phone calls to set up advising appointments, transferring calls,and handling other questions; ultimately providing customer satisfaction. Digitize 100+ records for multifarious expenditures, notes, letters, and other important documents to eternalize data. Make copies for professors teaching classes ranging from 9 to 20 students and needing material at the ready. Regularly sending out 5+ emails containing updates, equipment orders, and reminders for events and other matters. Setting up and tearing down for special events that promote the school’s presence. Printing out flyers for advertising around ASU campus; promoting major social and political events featuring well known columnists, journalists, public speakers, congressman, field experts, and prestigious professors from other universities. Transcribe recordings of interviews showcasing SCETL
