The role requires engagement with leaders and consultants, financial analysis, answering finance-related queries, and improving financial processes.

• Develop, implement, and transfer a new accountings system• Supervise the accounting team to ensure the closing works are properly done• Monthly report on Forecast, Estimate and Final Reporting to CFO• Quarterly report on Consolidation Pack and statistics report to head office• Prepare monthly Management Accounts• Check the integrated data from operating teams to accounting system• Other routine report, like, commission, AR analysis etc.

During Accounting Operating team• Full set of Account handling (Hong Kong and Macau Company) • Accounts Payable: Arrange payments, commission analysis, book account entries and bookkeeping• Accounts Receivable: Bank reconciliation, recording daily receive, settlement etc.• Preparing management accounts and financial account reports, like closing account, IS, BS AR, AP, Schedule, etc.)During Corporate Closing Team• Report to management on weekly/monthly basis - Manager Standard Report, Weekly / Monthly CF Report, Problem Debt analysis, corporate analysis report.• Report to management during Interim and Year End - Five Years Analysis, Segmentation Report and Subsequent Settlement.• Review and analysis management accounts – Review China companies’ IS, BS, schedules, AR, AP and intercompany aging reports
