- Successfully coordinated the scale-up of the novel Community-Based Health Management Information System (CBHMIS) strategy from 10 to 23 LGAs in Kaduna state- Established the implementation of a male engagement strategy (traditional and religious leaders) in strengthening gender-responsive sexual reproductive health (SRH) services. Over 3 years, male positive attitude towards gender responsive SRH improved from 46% to 62% across 124 wards- Coordinated the increase of female involvement in leadership/executive positions in 124 Ward Development Committees (WDCs) from 40% to 85% within 4 years- Established Rural Women Sales Force (RWSF), an initiative aimed at increasing access to and uptake of child spacing services and economically empowering 70 women from hard-to-reach communities with no functional health facility- Established strong personal and effective relationships with the Government (Ministry of Health, Local Government & Chieftaincy Affairs, Bureau for Inter-Faith) and partners. This increased communities' trust and buy-in needed to achieve improved changes in health-seeking behaviour among community members- Supervised the activities of 21 Local Engagement Consultants (LECs) engaged to provide technical support for community engagement activities. This resulted in a better sense of community involvement, ownership and improved uptake of health care information and services
