• Responsible for changing direct sales business model (Sage X3) to channel sales business model• Successfully recruited business partners (Singapore) and maintained healthy pipelines with each partner. On average, each Thai partner is managing pipeline of USD150k • Worked with product consultant to provide business partners in terms of product knowledge, training and solution implementation • Constantly sourcing vertical solutions to provide for relevant markets• Worked with partners for marketing and lead generation activities • Successfully worked with each new partner to clinch first accounts since Sage X3 is launched in Singapore. New accounts acquisition includes hotels and manufacturing companies

• Maintained healthy relationship with clients while participating tender bidding. Succeeded in being awarded renewal contracts of current accounts as well as new business deals from current accounts• Managed major accounts includes:o Ministry of Education (MOE)o Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA)o Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)o Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR)o Center of Enabled Living (CEL)o United Parcel Services (UPS)

• Project managed over 40 websites, 15 portals and 5 iOS applications for over 50 clients. Of which, 30% are due to cross-selling and referral from strong account servicing and management skills. Notable clients include:o National University Hospital (4 websites)o Ministry of Education (over 40 websites and 10 portals)• Project managed a team of 4 staff in developing new Apple iOS applications that are:o Linked to website Content Management System (CMS) for Apple iOS application for Pioneer Junior College. The application allows real time updating from clients’ website. The application paved new markets and clients for CommonTown. o Targeting students to develop learning process while on excursions (outdoor and indoor).

• Managed in-house products for major corporations, such as banks and government agencies. • Project managed tenders’ value ranging from S$10,000 to S$200,000. This includes monitoring project phases for quality onsite delivery.• Successfully aided in wining projects valued of S$500,000 by working closely with partners that resulted in successful biddings. Projects involved, includes banks, SMRT, hospitals and hotels
