My practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications for multinational, domestic, and start-up companies. My prosecution practice covers, for example, methods and apparatuses directed to telecommunications; alternative energy; aviation; automobile engines; consumer electronics; algorithms for professional networking and automobile transactions, data management, and security; marine transport; exercise equipment; and wear-resistant structures for high-wear applications.My patent litigation practice includes representing multinational and U.S.-based companies in litigation and arbitration matters. I have created offensive and defensive strategies for intellectual property related to antenna, telecommunications, and laser systems.Using my litigation and prosecution experience, I regularly participate in adversarial proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. I have represented patent owners and patent challengers in inter partes reviews, ex parte reexaminations, and interferences. I regularly counsel clients when choosing adversarial proceedings in the Patent Trial and Appeal Board to compliment co-pending litigation strategies.

Patent Prosecution: Prepared patent applications, responses to office actions, and advisement letters. Litigation: Researched e-discovery obligations and presented review of technical aspects cited in a NTSB report of a helicopter crash.
