Current- Managing the columbarium niche database on the system to ensure all applications from purchasing to installation or removal works are well maintained regularly.
- Supervising staffs for site inspections on niches as well as photo data-mining activities for future reference to the database.
- Involved on IT projects and study groups to improvise and improve the current IT system as well as to future proof for the coming years.
- Involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the new end-to-end system ensuring all functionalities are in place and providing feedbacks for any defects or bugs encountered as well as the User Experience (UX) or User.
- Working closely with the different stakeholders to look at different ways to streamline the current practice and evaluating on possibilities to improve work processes.
- Involved in Mount Vernon Relocation Programme managing the day-to-day processes ensuring the different stages of relocation works to be done smoothly and all cases are accounted for.
