Pavel Dergachev, co-founder and creative director of Redis, is a designer and people’s manager with kind heart and grande ambition. With his friend Alex Balashov, he started Redis in his hometown of Tver in 2010.Pavel is a creative force, a strategist and a mentor at Redis. With more than 15 years of deisgn and development experience under his belt, he works closely with his team of 40 digital specialists to create purposeful digital and brand journeys.Outside of work he is a mountain lover and an animation connoisseur who has recently discovered a passion for book writing.
