My approach involves strategic planning and continuous improvement, leveraging my skills in writing, activism, and critical thinking to facilitate meaningful change.Parallel to my role in the public sector, my consulting practice as a Disability & Equity Advocate/Consultant for over 8 years, I've cultivated a deep understanding of disability justice and advocacy. Using lived experience and data analysis I utilize a collaborative approach,working with organizations to integrate disability justice into their frameworks, and I take pride in developing training programs that bring awareness and change to corporate and non-profit sectors.
