As the President of TRY theatre, I am involved in all areas that are vital to help the organisation run smoothly: HR, finance, marketing, international collaborations and outreach programmes in the fields of culture and art. I am also TRY theatre's project manager for the Erasmus+ Programme.As a drama teacher, I work with young people aged 10-18 and prepare scenes, scripts, acting workshops and plays that hopefully help them understand themselves and the world just a little bit better.The Rijeka Youth theatre was founded in 2010 as the first international English-language acting school for children and youth in Croatia. It has since expanded on its goal of teaching English through drama to become a safe space in which young individuals can discover and materialise their talents as a catalyst for personal and social change.

Since January 2022, I've been a geography teacher at the Italian High School (the Scuola Media Superiore Italiana Fiume) in Rijeka, Croatia.During the fall semester of the 2020/21 school year I was also a substitute history teacher at the same school. Other than devising and holding classes, I was also responsible for organising and coordinating a delegation of students that took part in the 2021 Youth Forum Switzerland's Global Changemakers Project.

I have also helped shape the web and social media presence of the Consulate-General by writing short articles and preparing video-tutorials on the services offered by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

As the Head Chaperone at INCroatia, most of my work was on the field, where I made sure that the company's programmes were running smoothly and that the visiting schools and teams were happy and satisfied. When it came to larger groups, I also planned and communicated the daily assignments to the other Chaperones and oversaw their work.INCroatia Sports & Education Travel is a destination management company that focuses on programs that have an impact on both the participants and the community they are visiting. In the summer of 2017, I spent six weeks in Cairo as an intern at APHRA. My experience started by researching and documenting human rights violations in Egypt, and later changed into co-writing a proposal for a funding opportunity by the European Commission (EuropeAid/157187/DD/ACT/EG). I have also helped develop projects aimed at reducing violence against women, and attended a conference organised by the Land Centre for Human Rights concerning the rights of farmers in Egypt.
