My name is Dessy Aryanti. During my college times, I was quite active in the Students Activity and volunteering on campus events. This makes me gain knowledge about leadership, communicating and also organizing. As an event staff, I am required to focus on the entire series of events from planning to implementation. Not only that, it is also a bridge between internal and external parties. It is needed in order to create good communication and harmony between the two parties. I also have experience working as an BAS (Bancassurance Specialist) which is a job that requires me to product offers, introduce a product and provide product information and CSO (Customer Service Operation) answering questions by customers or clients regarding the service or products offered by the company, listen to customer or client complaints and concerns in dealing with their problems about the product.This experience gave me plenty of opportunities to be more creative, critical and realistic in thinking in order to solve a problem. This opportunity also helps me a lot in my character development, being used to communicating with new people, speaking in public, learning fast and becoming a service-oriented. Those were the things I got during my organizational experiences and working as a BAS and CSO.
