Passion for addressing critical unmet medical needs of patients. Lead the operational and project management execution of two global Phase 2 Chronic hepatitis Bstudies and a multi-site Phase 1 Oncology study, including site selection, study start-up, site initiations, study conduct, study close-out. Create and implement strategies to achieve program objectives. Drive all aspects of program management such as timeline development, risk assessment, mitigation plans, budgets and forecasting of two clinical-stage programs and one pre-IND program. In a strong partnership with the VP of Operations, set goals and overall strategy for successful execution of the clinical programs Effectively manage clinical CROs and vendors, including sponsor oversight of all delegated responsibilities, scope revisions/contract amendments, budget, and invoices, ensuring all expectations have been met. Prepare and review of all study related documents, such as pharmacy and laboratory manuals, protocols, and protocol amendments, informed consent forms, monitoring plans, etc. Monitor clinical program study progress, including ongoing review of clinical data, ensuring patient safety and GCP decision-making Oversee IP clinical supply and logistics, and clinical sample management to ensure timely analysis and protocol compliance Assist with CRO and vendor selection, reviewing and comparing proposals, evaluation of CRO proposals and implementation plans Provide support to Pre-Clinical, Regulatory and CMC towards Oncology IND filing; perform close-out regulatory submissions Lead Investigator meetings, DSMB meetings, SIVs, and CRO trainings Effectively liaise with all participating functional areas of the program teams
