I am collecting data, handling data discovery, exploration, and insights generation for business and product improvements. Providing data analysis and forecasts to support key business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions in the organization. Analyzing the trends and patterns of products and services. Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and annual report data for executive leadership. Collaborate with other divisions to solve anomalies, fraud, and issues that can disrupt revenue and service performance. Provide them with supporting evidence as needed.Contributed to Projects:1. Findyr is a crowdsourced data and surveys. Findyr technology platform and collector network enables enterprises to conduct market research and due diligence on demand. As a surveyor, I collected data in some areas in Sumatera Utara that are picked by Findyr application. I went to the location and picked up some families randomly to ask them several questions given by the application, and then I uploaded their answers on the application.
