Oh, hello there!I've been told by many people that they see me as a people person. I don't deny that, as I found it fulfilling to be able to work with people from different backgrounds.As an ex-Client Success Manager, I enjoyed my experience of working with various clients from all across the world. That said, my current position as Operations Manager has unlocked my other passion for people management and development. To this day, I've been remotely handling 15++ subordinates (consisting of Team Leads & Customer Support Agents), and 20++ clients from e-commerce to SaaS. I do love learning about new businesses as well as helping them to grow - although some of my client's businesses are big already. :)I value feedback as I believe feedback is a gift. I harbor an environment where my team can always feel comfortable sharing feedback. This has been one of my best practices in leading a team to achieve success.
