Gain proficiency in providing skincare treatments, such as facials, exfoliation, extractions, waxing, and body treatments.Client Services: Assist in providing esthetic services to clients under the supervision of licensed professionals. Such as: performing facials, applying masks or peels, conducting skin analyses, and recommending appropriate skincare regimens.Sanitation and Hygiene: Follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment. Practice proper disinfection of tools and equipment, ensure clean linens and towels, and maintain cleanliness of workstations.Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with various skincare products, their ingredients, benefits, and usage. Understand the differences between different skincare lines and recommend appropriate products for different skin types and conditions.Communication Skills: Develop effective communication skills to interact with clients professionally and attentively. Practice active listening and be able to explain skincare procedures, products, and aftercare instructions clearly to clients.Industry Regulations and Ethics: Learn about the legal and ethical aspects of the esthetician profession.
