Main Responsibilities: - Daily management of the Department - Operational responsibility of a team (mainly actuaries/experts)- End to end responsible of the technical results in Non-Life, Health and Life/EB Business- End to end responsible of the development of new products / services for all lines of business (Personal & Commercial Line)- End to end responsible of the Value Management in Non-Life, Health and Life/EB Business (Modeling & Reporting)- Responsible of the Senior UW and Prevention EngineerMain achievements:- Set up of the new department “Offering & Pricing” (including creation of a Pricing Team and hiring of 15 experts) within the P&V Group- Improving of the Non-Life, Life and health portfolio profitability (pricing review, pruning,…)- Complete review of the KPI’s and reporting activities in Non-Life and Life - Complete review of the Pricing methodology (Car Insurance and Disability)- Development of new Offerings (WeCover – First PAYD of the Belgian Market, Cyber,…)- Full review of the Car Insurance Offering (Personal and Commercial Line) and of the Life Insurance Offering for implementation on the new platforms (Guidewire and Vermeg)

Main Responsibilities:- Manage the New Positioning of the P&V Group- Coordination and follow up of the marketing plan (strategic, tactic & operational) - Follow up of the Marketing KPI’s (Customers, Brand Awareness,…)- Positioning of the new offers (Life & Non-Life) and develop Value Propositions- Optimization of Customer Experience on the Customer Journey- Coordinate the customer insights (market research,…)- Coordinate data analyses and data mining- Managing of the Brand Portfolio- Coordinate External/Corporate Communication Main achievements :- Create and implement Strategic Marketing within the P&V Group - Review of the marketing organization- Creation and implementation of the New Positioning- Campaign above & below the line "Le Monde de..." - New Offer Auto - "Assurance Omnium à prime défressive" - Trophée de l'Assurance Omnium 2016

Top Line responsibility of the segment of the Affluent customers including:-The global strategy for the segment;-The design of the value proposition based on customer insights-The definition of the services and products offer (Bank, Life Insurance and P&C Insurance)-The marketing and the communication for the segment-The leading of all related projects- The development and use of datamining-The GWP & the profitability of the segment (AUM : 20bi€)

Top Line responsibility of the Retirement product range including :-New product development;-Profitability of the products (NBV);-Implementation of the products and tools with the IT, the Marketing and the Distribution;-Follow-up of the activity (reporting,…);-Team managementMain achievements :-Launch of new retirement products (UL and non UL)-Repricing of all the products in the portfolio-New distribution strategy for retirement products-New compensations scheme for our brokers and bank agents-Average annual growth of the GWP for the product offer : +18%-Winner of the awards “Les Trophées de l’assurance” for the best retirement product in 2007
