Supported the systems engineering departments for Raytheon. The systems engineering departments consist of 1200 engineers in 8 locations. -Hired over 100 professional engineers per year.

Created a recruiting and HR department for Digital Results Group, a software company that specialized in battlefield management. Expanded DRG from a 25 employee company to over 75 employees. DRG was acquired by Novetta, a midsize defense company. Supported the national recruiting effort at Novetta. Hired over 60 employees while supporting several departments and managers. • Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles, including Full Stack Developers, Big Data Analyst/Developers, Quality Assurance, Program and Project Managers, Intelligence Analysts, Technical Writers, Production, and Support. • Provided strategic and tactical recruiting support for managers, directors and corporate staff. • Partnered with department managers and directors to determine future and existing staffing needs. • Developed social media recruiting strategies using LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, StackOverflow and Github.• Created a college recruitment and internship program to attract new talent from select universities including, MIT, Princeton, Cornell, WPI, Boston College and Virginia Tech.
