Development, conception of an optical characterization set up for thin layer deposition systems and in situ characterization

In charge of the research and development of a new optical technique for in situ characterization of thin layer for applications in microelectronics (F-RAM, M-RAM, microprocessors, hard drives, etc...). This technique don't have to be destructive and don't have to change physical properties of the layer in process. This technique has to be easy to install on vacuum systems and must have better performances than other in situ characterization used in the vacuum characterization market.
