• Served as the Assistant Operations Manager in a 15 – man Operations Department that is part of a company designated as the Commander’s In – Extremis Force• Managed operations and training for six Operational Detachments – Alpha including training schedules, ammunition forecasting and issue, training area and range scheduling, risk assessment and mitigation• Served as a senior principle advisor to the Company Commander for planning and execution of operations throughout the US African Command Area of Responsibility • Trained 13 support personnel in pistol marksmanship; increased the units overall lethality and proficiency for combat support operations • Mentored six detachment Commanders in CIF training and employment; increased their capabilities; enhanced the lethality of the company• Developed a series of training scenarios that challenged the capabilities of 35 Special Forces during 2 FMPs improving the company’s combat liabilities • Planned and supervised the set – up of 6 high risk live fire training events; ensured quality training for 96 service members • Trained detachment members to a high degree of proficiency in all assigned weapons and crew served systems which increased the company’s combat proficiency • Maintained accountability of the unit weapon systems valued in excess of $2M; resulted 100% accountability
