• Led process improvement projects to implement S&OP in our Flavors & Fragrances division and capacitated EOQ on high value items, resulting in a >10% inventory reduction and a 7% improvement to service level
• Completed a global cross-functional process improvement project to reduce back-orders resulting in a 400% improvement to on time to plan, 51% reduction in back orders, $400K incremental revenue, and $100K reduction in.
• Responsible for interviewing and training purchasing planning new hires
• Led project to reduce inventory reserves, resulting in a 38% ($280K) savings
