I founded Impakt Recordings in November 2008 as an avenue to release electronic music by a variety of international artists and DJ's. We encouraged collaboration and exploration in both music and design. I secured digital distribution for our releases on a variety of industry standard stores such as Beatport, iTunes, Amazon, Juno Download, eMusic, Virgin Mega & others. My responsibilities included developing a brand identity, finding and managing new talent, managing the distribution and promotion for each release as well as guiding the brands overall design and creative direction for both web and print graphics. Live event production was also a key focus of brand relations in primarily the southeastern United States.

Satellite Records was previously one of the most well known dance music record stores for DJ's. During the last several months of Satellite Records, I assisted in the closing of the Atlanta retail store, and worked on the redevelopment and transition into the online store Propel Records. I worked on a variety of projects including rebranding, digital media design, online store management, shipping, receiving, product organization and assessments of overall brand strategies.

During the first year of college, I was invited to join the publication team as a graphic designer and layout artist. I was later given the opportunity function as Chief Editor and manage a team of journalist, photographers and designers. I managed the transition from Quark to Adobe InDesign applications and implemented various photography specification guidelines such as the adoption of digital photography to reduce cost and embrace changing technology of the time.
