Behavioral Assistants are responsible for providing support and capacity in behavioral and clinical services for students with disabilities. Their duties include addressing behavior management safety needs, supporting emotional and social needs, giving academic support, and implementing behavioral improvement plans.

• Assist the Lead teacher in the planning and implementation of daily programs • Classroom supervision in the absence of lead teacher • Prepare a suitable learning environment for children• Supplying children with necessary materials • Set up classroom equipment • Attended Staff meeting and the required training programs• Report to the less techs in case of observation of problems with children • Helped in maintains a neat and clean classroom • Communicated with employees, parents, and children • Showed unconditional love, support, reassurance, and care towards children
