Skills or Experience I have gained:- I am currently attending Johnson and Wales University as a full-time student working towards a bachelor's degree in food service management. I have learned a great deal of techniques and skills in my time at JWU and my time there has also adapted me to work in any culinary environment.- I have completed various types of community service to babysitting and even culinary events during my last two years at Chariho High School's Vocational Culinary Program. In the time that I have volunteered I have learned a lot about leading and managing people as well as working out issues that arise.- I have completed my internship at Glenpharmer Distillery and in my time working at there I have learned to adapt to a demanding fast paced work environment and developed strong communication and leadership skills.My Goals:- I hope to work along side a team to accomplish any obstacle and gain more experience and knowledge in the Foodservice/Hospitality Industry. - I am also working to one day own a small farm to table restaurant.
