Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation and Wellness, the Operations Manager position will oversee all aspects of the CRWC and supervise fitness and operations assistants. They serve as paraprofessional staff representing the professional staff and assuming managerial responsibility for the CRWC. They are the leadership link between departmental programs, services, facility, and professional staff and are expected to foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration among all student staff and programs. Operations supervisors are responsible for ensuring that all programs and the facility are operated according to risk management standards, program/area-specific policies, guidelines, and expectations and that the CRW mission, vision, values, and service statements are upheld.
