-Ensure my client makes timely appointments.-Make sure that they are in a safe environment.-Efficiently complete daily tasks and meet my client’s needs.-Maintain open communications with my scheduler and my supervisor.-Keep current with all medical tests, certifications, and legal documentation.

-Reminds customers of appointments and ensures accurate information.-Reschedules or cancels appointments as needed for customers.-Builds strong rapport with customers to foster trust-Make sure that the appointments are set up correctly and are good ones for the design consultants to run.-Follow up with leads and design consultants to ensure that all appointments are being met.

-Deliver in the moment feedback and ensure item quality meets standards.-Quality check packages before they leave the distribution center.-Collaborate with various teams and distribution centers. -Always teach people that feedback is for growth - it is never negative.-Work strongly with everyone on the leadership team to help those who are struggling.

-Delivers excellent customer service and boosts sales.-Assumes management duties such as opening and closing the store, completing paperwork, and payroll.-Participates in district conference calls and executes floor resets.-Keep staff on task and makes sure all shipment is done for the day.

-Efficiently serves customers and maintains kitchen cleanliness.-Ensures quality assurance standards are met and manages inventory.-Delegates tasks and supervises the kitchen and sales floor.-Settles drawers/safes/lottery machine and EOD.-Manage inventory with vendors and a truck, 3 nights a week.
