During my time as a student in the Robinson College of Business, I was able to connect the material I was learning to my current job. As a program coordinator at a non profit organization, I have had the opportunity to develop many of the skills needed to be a successful human resources professional. I have developed new programs and improved existing programs based on in depth evaluations. In my position, I must communicate effectively with clients, other organizations, and state offices. I am also detail-oriented when I complete tasks, such as data entry and billing. I maintain a high level of confidentiality while processing sensitive client information.
