As a Shift Manager, I am in charge of the entire store during my scheduled shift and the employees and deal with any unhappy customers. I was a server, so I developed good customer service skills. Also, depending on which section, we were assigned to we had to make sure all of our side work was done. We also each server that was working had to make sure that they had rolled silverware.
