CurrentCaliber Collision (formerly known as Lynn Auto Body) job duties include: working at the front desk, maintaining a positive mentality, greeting customers, and assisting with their vehicle needs. Our customer's needs may consist of scheduling repairs, reserving a rental car through Enterprise, and speaking with insurance companies to determine coverage and claim information. Back end work includes: completing reports such as Accounts Receivable and Delivered Not Closed. These reports ensure we are collecting the total amount due on file and each file is being closed with 100% accuracy. Another weekly task I perform is completing the Expense Report. When the company credit card is used, the receipt needs to be expensed to the correct payout category.
