Student Allocation Committee is to serve the university community by reviewing student organization funding requests, in an effort to aid in student engagement, enrichment, and outreach at the University of Toledo.•Hear special funding requests from registered student organizations.•Assist the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership in allocating operating budgets to registered student organizations.

The Recruiter/Pledge Master prepare the pledges for what comes ahead as an active. They also try their best to have all the pledges cross at the end of the term by providing help with quizzes and/or requirements. Recruiter/Pledge Master:• To give all pledges the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Zeta Phi Eta and grasp the spirit of this fraternity before joining.• To have charge of pledge meetings and the election of pledge class officers.• To oversee the execution of pledge and active activities concerning the pledging and activation rituals and all surrounding activities.• To have charge of materials to be used in all pledge rituals, recruitment (rush) , and finals and work in conjunction with the publicity committee to have an effective rush period.• To appoint rush, big brother little brother, and ritual chairperson(s).• To present the chapter with any major prospective changes in the pledge training method for approval before implementation.
